Freshness, rationality and sustainability are the keywords that define our kitchen. The breakfast eggs come from our own chickens, fruit and vegetables from an organic farm in the Shimba Hills. All of our meat, fish and dairy products come from selected small producers in Kenya, where they are made with love and care under organic criteria.
